We make & freeze
Every patty is hand-pressed, pre-seasoned and vacuum-sealed, then frozen raw — never pre-cooked, never sitting on a shelf.

Your packs arrive at your door still frozen — straight into your freezer until you're ready to grill.
Made the way you'd make it yourself
No factory line, no machine-stamping. Just real beef pressed and seasoned by hand — which is exactly why these taste the way they do.
Hand-pressed
Pressed by hand in small runs, so every patty has the loose, juicy texture a machine can't give you.
Sealed & frozen
Vacuum-sealed and frozen raw the same day they're made, so they keep at their best until you grill them.
Freezer to grill
Frozen straight through — no thawing fuss. Take them out and put them on the fire whenever you're ready.
Hand-pressed means no two are identical
Because we press every patty by hand, sizes vary a little — and that's the point. Each one is at least 150g (a 1/3-pounder), and plenty push closer to 200g, near a half-pounder. You're never short-changed.
Already seasoned — don't add salt or spice
Every patty is pre-seasoned the way it's meant to taste. Adding your own salt or spice risks over-seasoning. Just grill — that's all d'flava you need.
